1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of rooferrankai.com and the Roofer Rank AI audit services (the "Service"), operated by Two Daughters Studio LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service or purchasing an audit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Roofer Rank AI provides an automated Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) visibility audit for roofing contractors. We test how often a business is cited by AI engines for buyer-intent queries, audit schema and online presence signals, and produce a report with a recommended 90-day plan. A free snapshot and paid audit tiers are offered as described on the site.

3. No guarantee of results

The Service is informational and advisory. AI engines, search platforms, and third-party directories are controlled by third parties and change frequently. We do not guarantee any particular citation rate, ranking, lead volume, revenue, or business outcome, and we do not guarantee that implementing our recommendations will produce specific results. Revenue figures and projections are estimates for illustration only.

4. Accuracy of your information

You agree to provide accurate intake information (such as your business URL and city) and confirm you are authorized to request an audit for the information you submit.

5. Fees, payment & refunds

Paid audits are billed through Stripe at the prices shown at checkout, in U.S. dollars, as one-time purchases. Because audits are digital services delivered shortly after purchase, fees are generally non-refundable once the audit has been generated. If something goes wrong with your order, contact us within 14 days at support@rooferrankai.com and we will work in good faith to make it right.

6. Acceptable use

• You may use the Service to audit your own business or to research other businesses (for example, a competitor) for legitimate business purposes.
• You may not use the Service unlawfully, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, scrape or overload it, or misrepresent your identity.

7. Intellectual property

The site, the audit methodology, scoring framework, and all related materials are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the report we deliver to you for your own internal business purposes. You may share the report with your team or web vendor to implement it. You may not resell or redistribute the Service or its methodology as your own.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party platforms (including AI engines, search APIs, payment, email, and hosting providers). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of those third parties.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@rooferrankai.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
