Roofer Rank AI ("Roofer Rank AI", "we", "us", or "our") is a productized Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) visibility audit for roofing contractors, operated by Two Daughters Studio LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect at rooferrankai.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Snapshot & audit intake: your roofing business website URL, service city, email address, and (optionally) your average job size.
• Purchases: when you buy a paid audit, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation and limited billing details (such as name, email, and the last four digits of your card) but we do not store full card numbers.
• Communications: any information you provide when you email us or book a strategy call.

Information collected automatically

• Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and interactions with the site.
• Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4), including product analytics and session recordings that capture how visitors navigate the page.

3. How we use your information

• To run your free snapshot and any paid audit, and to deliver the results to your email.
• To process payments and provide customer support.
• To send you transactional messages (your report, receipts, scheduling) and, where permitted, follow-up and marketing emails about Roofer Rank AI. You can opt out of marketing email at any time.
• To measure, secure, debug, and improve the product.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Cookies & analytics

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and understand usage. Providers we use include:

• Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager — traffic and conversion measurement.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — ad measurement and audiences.

• Service providers who process data on our behalf — including Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (data storage), our hosting providers (Vercel, Railway), and the AI/search providers we query to produce your audit (such as OpenAI, Perplexity, Google, Anthropic, and SerpAPI).
• Legal & safety recipients when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

6. Email communications

We send transactional email (such as your report and receipts) and may send marketing email about our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-out requests promptly, consistent with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. Transactional messages necessary to deliver a product you requested may still be sent.

7. Your choices & rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights:

• California (CCPA/CPRA): the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information.
• You can opt out of marketing email via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Audit and snapshot records are retained so you can return to your results and so we can support follow-up. You may request deletion at any time.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's privacy

Roofer Rank AI is a business service and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Third-party sites

Our site may link to third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
